Designing scalable learning solutions that improve performance, adoption, and engagement across professional and enterprise audiences.
Areas of Impact: Learning Strategy • Digital Transformation • Program & Curriculum Design • Product Enablement • User Adoption
I design learning solutions with business outcomes in mind, not just completion.
My work bridges instructional design, performance support, and modern media, including AI-assisted development, to help organizations onboard faster, drive effective tool adoption, and build confident, capable teams.
Essential Elements of Effective eLearning
A foundational eLearning course that models best practices while teaching them.
Audience:
Instructional designers, learning experience designers, and training professionals responsible for creating or evaluating online learning experiences.
Design Approach:
I used an ADDIE-informed instructional design approach with a strong focus on microlearning and learner engagement. Content was intentionally chunked into four essential elements, supported by interactive click-to-reveal activities and reflective prompts to reinforce understanding while minimizing cognitive overload.
Tools & Technology:
Articulate Storyline | Synthesia | WellSaid | PowerPoint
Challenge:
Many eLearning courses fail to engage learners or produce meaningful outcomes due to unclear objectives, weak content structure, limited interactivity, or poorly applied visuals. The challenge was to create a concise learning experience that clearly defines the core elements of effective eLearning while modeling those principles in practice.
Outcome/Impact:
This course provides learners with a practical framework they can immediately apply when designing or evaluating eLearning experiences, leading to clearer learning objectives, stronger engagement, and more consistent instructional quality across courses.
Prioritize Like a Pro
An interactive, scenario-based course designed to change how learners make decisions under pressure.
Audience:
Mid-level managers and people leaders navigating competing priorities, time constraints, and cross-functional demands in a fast-paced environment.
Design Approach:
This course was designed using a scenario-based, performance-focused instructional approach supported by an Agile, iterative development process. Learners actively apply the Eisenhower Matrix through realistic workplace scenarios, timed decision-making, and immediate feedback to reinforce effective prioritization behaviors.
Tools & Technology:
Articulate Storyline | Synthesia | Adobe Express | WellSaid | PowerPoint
Challenge:
Many professionals feel overwhelmed not because they lack time, but because they lack a structured approach to prioritization. The challenge was to help learners move beyond theoretical understanding of the Eisenhower Matrix and confidently apply it to real-world, high-pressure situations.
Outcome/Impact:
Learners build practical prioritization skills by making and reflecting on real-time decisions, increasing their ability to manage urgent demands, focus on high-impact work, and regain a sense of control over their daily responsibilities.
Interactive eLearning authoring for scenario-based learning (Articulate Storyline & Rise)
AI-assisted video and narration to accelerate development (Synthesia & WellSaid)
Visual and multimedia tools to improve engagement and retention (Camtasia, Powtoon, Adobe Express)
This section features creative projects developed across previous roles at my employer’s request, exploring emerging tools, media formats, and storytelling approaches that contributed to effective learning, enablement, and user adoption outcomes.
